At the age of eleven, Wibi Soerjadi gave his first public performance. That means he has now spent 45 years in the profession as a concert pianist. Wibi Soerjadi celebrates this remarkable milestone with a special anniversary concert.

Soerjadi is an internationally renowned pianist who has received many prestigious awards during his career and has performed in leading concert halls worldwide, including Carnegie Hall, where his debut was recorded live and awarded platinum. He has performed with famous orchestras such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, made successful recordings, and all his CDs and DVDs have repeatedly achieved gold and platinum status — a rare accomplishment in classical music.

The anniversary concert consists of two parts. In the first part, Soerjadi takes the audience on a musical journey through his career, with a personal selection of works that have been decisive for his artistic development and major successes.

In the second part, he pays tribute to film music and shows how this music has inspired him. He performs his highly acclaimed, entirely personal arrangements of compositions from well‑known and beloved films.
