Scientists join for an interview, give a mini-lecture, or express themselves sharply in a column. This is interspersed with musical talent from the Fontys Academy of Arts and visual commentary from cartoonist Jeroen de Leijer. The presenter is Richard Engelfriet.


This time the guests are:

• Communication scientists Naomi Kamoen and Christine Liebrecht offer help in times of elections. For voters, they develop chatbots with information tailored to (your) needs.
• Public administration scholar Julien van Ostaaijen conducts research into ‘The misunderstood administration’. With him we look at the functioning of decentralised government, and we look ahead to the Municipal elections.
• Social psychologist Loes Abrahams and human resources scientist Tom Junker contribute to the Trendmonitor Men and Society. With this they see which concerns Dutch people really have, and they note that this differs from the image created by politics and the media.
• Philosopher  Huub Brouwer delivers a column on extreme wealth.
• Florence Anne, singer‑songwriter and student at the Rock Academy, Fontys Academy of the Arts.
   

De Tafel van Martinus refers to Martinus Cobbenhagen (1893-1954), one of the founders of Tilburg University. Central to his idea of a university is the understanding of and contributing to society.
