Cabaret performer Luuk Ransijn, in his second cabaret show Uitkijk, tries to come to terms with a world that is changing at high speed — a world that can make you feel either combative or discouraged.
With his infectious energy, gentle perspective and open attitude, Luuk searches for something we may all long for: new, hopeful perspectives. That is why he keeps watch — to explore, with plenty of humour and music, where we stand and where we are heading.
Luuk Ransijn won the Amsterdam Kleinkunst Festival and toured theatres across the country with his debut show Vacht. In Uitkijk, his authentic stage presence and distinctive sense of humour and music once again take centre stage.
