What does the wind look like? Where does it go when it no longer whistles past your ears? And can you become friends with something you cannot catch?

Before you arrived, I did not know what you would look like. How you would smell, feel or move. Branches rustle and drum. Leaves blow and swirl; all of that is the wind… And the wind brings you.

The wind brings together a girl and a large, hairy creature. They play, discover, learn and protect one another. They become inseparable. But one day, their time of play is over, and it is time to leave again with the wind.

In De Wind en Wij, Tg. Winterberg brings the picture book of the same name by Kristof Devos and Claudia Jong to life, with few words but all the more imagination.
