Geheimen
Clean Pete is known for their crystal-clear harmonies, cello, and guitar, as well as their dry humor and a touch of philosophy. From the most beautiful Dutch indie pop songs to the twin sisters Loes and Renée.
Their five albums with Excelsior Recordings – highlighted by the acclaimed Christmas album Gloria – and their legendary Christmas shows are still fresh in memory. Just like the cheerful Clean-Pete-Journal at major festivals such as ITGWO and the Parade.
Now they are heading back to the theater with Geheimen: intimate and as always. In addition to the title track and the familiar Hout van jou, they play many new songs. Renée inevitably drifts into a song, while Loes, with an almost apologetic sneer in her voice, brings a lover down.
Theatre concert Geheimen is one of those evenings that leave you with a smile as you leave the Studio, humming a song that will linger for days.
Whether this performance has an interval is not yet known.
